Ana Lidia Garzón Rendón de Miño, nacio el 5 de enero de 1953 en Samborodón provincia del Guayas. Sus padres fueron: Ángel Garzón Bejarano y Lidia Rendón Guerra. Fue la cuarta de 8 hermanos: In'es, Fanny, Yolanda, Graciela, Ricardo, Carmén y Galo; se casó el 23 de Marzo de 1978 con el Sr. Máximo Miño Candelario. Tuvieron 3 hijos: el Ing. Máximo Lenin Miño Garzón, la Dra. Ana María Miño Garzón y la Ing. María Gabriela Miño Garzón.

Reazlizó sus estudiso en la Escuela Fiscal "Wilson Gómez Ramiréz" del recinto Toquillal - Provincia de Los Rios. Sus estudios secundarios los realizó en el Instituto Normal Superior No.2 donde se graduó como Profesora Normalista de Institución Primaria (1977)

En el año 1991 decide fundar su jardín de infantes al que llamó "Amiguitos de Candy". Estudió en la Universidad de Guayaquil la carra de Licenciatura en Filosofía y Ciencias Psico-Sociales.

Dedicó 39 años de su vida a la labora educativa como directora y obtuvo los siguientes títulos:

  • 1997 - Licienciada en Filosofpia y Ciencias Psico-Sociales

  • 1999 - Administradora Educativa

  • 2001 - Administración y Supervisión Educativa

  • 2008 - Doctorado en Ciencias de la Educación

  • 2013 - Magister en Diseño Curricular

Falleció en 14 de abril de 2016, dejando una huella imborrable en el corazón de todos quienes tuvimos la oportunidad de conocerla.
